Kitchin List incorporates adequate amounts of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates in each meal while also paying careful attention to fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Kitchin List's meal plans serve 6 adults.

An adult serving equals approximately two children between the ages of five  and ten, or three children between the ages of two and four.

Kitchin List costs $17.00/month. This includes all of the recipes and grocery lists you will need for the month.

Kitchin List's Complete Plans currently include supper/dinner for each day of the month. For your convenience, we recommend that you decide upon your family's breakfast and lunchtime favorites and add the items to your grocery list.

Kitchin List includes meat in its meal plans, but a meatless substitute for some of the meals can be provided upon emailed request.

Kitchin List focuses mainly on American or Americanized meal options. 

Meal time favorites, such as tacos, pizza, chili, etc., are included, while twists on beloved classics as well as seasonally appropriate dishes find their way into the mix.

Kitchin List's meal plans are easily reorganized according to your needs and preferences; simply switch the order of meals or replace some of the set meals with your family's preferred dinners, taking care to adjust the grocery lists as needed.

Kitchin List will try their best to accommodate your allergies or any other dietary restrictions you might have.
